Who we are
FiberDesigner is the fiber design service at fiberdesigner.app. The contact for privacy requests is [email protected].
What we collect
Account data is a name, an email address, and a password hash, or the identifier returned by Google or X if you sign in that way. Project data is the GeoJSON you upload and the designs the tool writes. Audit data records sign-ins, project opens, exports, design runs, and edits. Server logs keep an IP address, a browser type, and the time of a request.
Address points can identify a household. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to train a general-purpose model.
Where it is stored
The service runs in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, using FiberDesigner sends personal data to the United States. The same notice applies under Canada’s PIPEDA and Brazil’s LGPD. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion at the address above. We answer within 30 days.
Cookies
The designer uses a session cookie so you stay signed in. It is strictly necessary. We do not set advertising cookies.
